Assistant Foreign Minister Liu Bin Holds the China-Russia-Mongolia Deputy Foreign Ministers' Consultation

On May 29, 2025, Assistant Foreign Minister Liu Bin held the China-Russia-Mongolia Deputy Foreign Ministers' Consultation in Beijing with Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia Andrey Rudenko and State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia Munkhtushig Lkhanaajav.

Liu Bin said that under the strategic guidance of the three heads of state, China, Russia, and Mongolia have focused on implementing the mid-term roadmap for trilateral cooperation, and actively advanced the construction of the China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor and key trilateral cooperation projects, which have brought tangible benefits to the people of the three countries. China is ready to work with Russia and Mongolia to continuously consolidate political mutual trust, ward off external interference, expand mutually beneficial cooperation, enhance coordination within the framework of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, and constantly enrich the substance of trilateral cooperation.

Russia and Mongolia highly praised the positive outcomes achieved in trilateral cooperation, expressing their willingness to implement the important common understandings reached by the three heads of state and advance trilateral cooperation to a new level.

Assistant Foreign Minister Liu Bin also held a bilateral meeting with Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Andrey Rudenko.
